As a Junior User Experience Designer (m/f/d), you are an acknowledged team member across the company and play an active role at project level.
You design and implement mobile services that have a significant impact on our customers' business and users.
Who you are
  • At least two years of experience in designing digital experiences as a user experience designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role
  • An first online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
  • Fluency in best practices for information architecture, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of UX principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with user interface patterns, design systems and the newest tech/UX trends
  • Experience working in an agile, collaborative team and directly with developers for implementation of designs
  • Strong proficiency in a variety of popular design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, Principle or alike
  • Ability to synthesize research, develop insight-driven strategies and facilitate workshops, pre-sales activities and pitches
  • Excellent design argumentation, communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills
What you love

  • Share ideas outside of the project context and contribute to the design and evolution of nine:41 as an agency
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments, trends, and thinking - in UX and beyond - and share your knowledge and thoughts

Als Junior User Experience Designer (m/w/d) bist Du ein geschätztes Teammitglied und nimmst aktiv an strategischen Entscheidungen auf Projektebene teil. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden, Deinem Team sowie den anderen Kompetenzbereichen zusammen und konzentrierst Dich dabei auf die Entwicklung nutzerzentrierter mobiler Produkte.
Deine Talente, Erfahrungen und Persönlichkeit
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gestaltung digitaler Produkte als User Experience Designer, Informationsarchitekt oder in einer ähnlichen UX-bezogenen Funktion
  • Ein Online-Portfolio oder Arbeitsproben, die Deine einschlägigen Erfahrungen belegen
  • Fließende Beherrschung der Best Practices für Informationsarchitektur, nutzerzentrierte Designprozesse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der UX-Prinzipien und -Techniken
  • Kenntnisse von User Interface Patterns, Designsystemen und den neuesten Technologie/UX-Trends
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Team und in der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern bei der Umsetzung von Designs
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Design-Tools wie Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, Principle o. ä.
  • Durchführung von Co-Creation-Sessions und Moderation von Workshops und Präsentationen mit Kunden
  • Exzellente Design-Argumentation, Storytelling, Kommunikation und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
